THE WOLF

You came to me like a wolf
In the darkest of nights.
You howled when you attacked
With your scratches and bites.

All those marks over my body,
Those wounds inside my mind.
There was no pain in that corner.
Since then, I became blind.

Did you feel a better man?
Did your masculinity raise?
Your hype of testosterone
Simply wrecked a poor girl’s life.

Someone’s got to tell you
What you did was a crime.
It may be late for me,
Not though for some other one.

I have no fear now.
I feel no guilt now.
Now I’m speaking loud:
At last, I got you out.
